1. The use of cutting fluid for deep hole drilling machine

(1) Good cooling effect. Eliminate the heat generated by deformation and friction and suppress the formation of BUE.

(2) Good high-temperature lubricity reduces the wear of the blade support and ensures that the tool maintains a good lubrication condition at high temperatures in the cutting zone.

(3) Good permeability and chip evacuation, so that the cutting fluid can penetrate into the cutting edge in time and ensure the chip can be discharged smoothly.

2. The cutting fluid is the actual measure that needs to be made to correspond to the above three points

According to the above-mentioned use requirements, it is necessary to add high-efficiency extreme pressure anti-wear additives, friction modifiers, etc. in the base oil, so that the sulfur, chlorine extreme pressure additives contained in the base oil can effectively prevent the metal contact surface sintering; reduce tool wear , improve tool life. In addition, it contains high-permeability fat lubricants; reduces the frictional resistance and operating load of the cutting edge, while improving the machining accuracy and the surface roughness of the workpiece.

3. Delong gun drilling machine oil recommended information

The main technical indicators of oil products are shown in Table 1.

Gun-drilling oils should be added with extreme pressure agents, rust inhibitors, oiliness agents, anti-corrosion agents, penetrants, defoamers, etc. in the base oil. The recommended manufacturer and brand are shown in Table 2.

Special note: If the user's machining aperture is small, generally below f10mm, it is recommended that the kinematic viscosity of the oil is required to be at the lower line, not exceeding 14mm2/s.

Due to the limited space of the article, it is not necessary to use oil as a specific analysis when processing different workpieces, and only make corresponding requirements for general oil.
